  1. So, if you want to burn more calories, you should choose a treadmill, and if you want the more comfortable, risk-free option, the stationary bike is the answer 😀

    1. A good balance is best: too much cardio in general actually lessens your ability to burn calories as your level of aerobic fitness increases.

      In addition, the treadmill is hard on the joints and the bike or elliptical is easier because of the low to zero impact.

      I prefer a healthy mix of both as well as a mix of low-intensity steady state cardio and high-intensity cardio!
