If there’s none available, you may have to find an alternative exercise to try out. It’s important to find out what equipment is available to you so that you’ll be able to actually do the exercise you’re looking for.
5. Have Fun!
It’s almost impossible to follow through on an exercise routine if you don’t enjoy it. At the very least, you may have to push through a little at first, but you need to make sure you’ll be able to continue on with your exercise routine. You need to make sure you truly enjoy what you’re doing — passion is the spice of life, after all!
