If you’re currently washing your face with soap (or forgetting to wash it some evenings) then you might be doing a considerable amount of harm. You want to avoid using harsh products that aren’t designed for the delicate skin of your face and should try to maintain a routine. Your routine doesn’t have to take a long time or have a lot of steps, but you should be doing a little something for your skin each day.

Sometimes, despite our best efforts, we can’t seem to figure out what’s wrong with our skin. If you’ve been noticing unexplained redness, flakiness or even pigmentation that you never used to have, a dermatologist could be your best bet. However, even if you aren’t experiencing any of these problems, dermatologists are well-equipped to help you refine your skincare routine or even perform a facial treatment to give your complexion a glow boost before a special event.
