•Try to stay warm

When you have a big meal before bedtime, your body has a hard time digesting it. Your body has to work double than usual to work it off. While working it off, your mind stays alert and stops your brain from sleeping.

It is essential to have a light dinner and to have it a good 60 minutes before bedtime so that you can sleep properly.

•Exercise is not only for the body but for the brain

It is very easy to get tempted by Netflix in winters. Cozying up in your warm bed with a cup of hot coffee with Netflix seems like an ideal situation every winter. It is very easy to lie in front of the television instead of going to the gym. But it is alright you are not alone, and we are here to make it alright. It is scientifically proven that people tend to stop going to the gym when it gets cold. And as a result, it messes with your body system and stops you from sleeping. To keep everything in check, you should continue proper exercise even in winter.
