I finally found the Candy Cane flavored Hershey’s Kisses! I have been on the hunt for these gems the past couple years and discovered them at Target this season. Just another reason to love Target! I was so excited to make this recipe with the red and white Hershey Kisses. I made M&M Rolo Pretzels last year, and wanted to alter my recipe using the Kisses instead of Rolo’s. This recipe is one of the simplest, cheap, easy, and fun Christmas treats to make. I make enough to hand out in goody bags and to bring to Holiday events. This is great for the kids to get involved with and is fun for the whole family. My favorite part with this recipe is the peppermint taste. The M&M’s are mint flavored along with the Hershey Kisses, which bring a great Christmas feel to the recipe!
3 simple ingredients: A bag of waffle pretzels, 1 bag of Candy Cane Hershey Kisses, 1 bag of M&M Holiday Mints.
Start by lining a cookie sheet with wax paper and fill the sheet completely with square pretzels.
Top each pretzel with a peppermint Hershey Kiss.
Heat oven to about 170 degrees and WATCHING CLOSELY warm them for 5 to 6 minutes.
You want to soften the Kiss, not melt it (or it turns into a big mess)!
When soft, press an M&M on top.
Chill for 5 to 10 minutes to set, or place in refrigerator until hardened.
