My Christmas baking extravaganza has come to an end. I downsized this year and only made a few delicious treats, including Christmas Peppermint Bark. I made this recipe last year, but decided to try a different method this time around. I used candy canes instead of peppermint candies and incorporated chocolate baking chips. I really enjoyed how this turned out. The chocolate and peppermint were a great combination and complimented each other. This is one of my favorite recipes to make for the Holidays because no baking is required. This can be made in a half hour and is extremely kid friendly. If you are looking for a real peppermint flavor, make sure to add the peppermint extract, it will awaken your taste buds! Christmas Peppermint Bark is perfect to fill goody bags and bring to Holiday events!
