Super-simple but totally delicious nachos! These ground beef nachos are made with tortilla chips layered with cheese, beans, banana peppers, queso and ground beef. They are to die for with some guacamole, sour cream and salsa. If you want to spice it up, add come chilies, hot sauce or cayenne pepper! By baking this dish in the oven, all the ingredients absorb together for the perfect combination your taste-buds will love!

Using a 9 by 13 in. baking dish, spread your choice of nacho chips on the bottom
Top the nachos with the ground beef and add re-fried beans with salsa
Finish the layers with your choice of cheese. We used Mexican shredded
Bake in oven at 350 for about 25-30 minutes, until cheese has melted and is golden
Finish by adding your favorite toppings such as sour cream, green onions, salsa and olive to your nachos! The options are endless!
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of nacho chips
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 can of re-fried beans
- 1 bag of Mexican blend shredded cheese
- 1 bottle of Mexican taco bell salsa
- (Your choice of toppings to add to nachos)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cook ground beef in skillet until brown
- Add taco seasoning packet (cook as directed)
- Using a 9 by 13 in. baking dish, spread your choice of nacho chips on the bottom
- Top the nachos with the ground beef
- Add the can of re-fried beans
- Add the bottle of salsa
- Finish with a bag of your choice of cheese
- Bake in oven at 350 for about 25-30 minutes, until cheese has melted and is golden
- Add your choice of toppings to nachos
