It’s now widely known that smoking has extremely detrimental short term and long term effects on people’s physical health. Despite that many people still choose to smoke, often starting due to peer pressure and remaining a smoker due to addiction, but no matter how long you have been smoking for, quitting smoking will improve physical health.
And some of those improvements will be seen and felt immediately – within hours and days. While other benefits associated with quitting smoking will take months and years, but it’s never too late to stop smoking.
