About The Gathering Place

The beauty and history of The Gathering Place make it a unique venue for any type of celebration. Its 8,000 square feet can be broken down into four event spaces, including: 

The Grand Ballroom. As its name suggests, the grand ballroom is a large room that can easily accommodate hundreds of guests. The total number will depend on how you decide to utilize the space. In certain circumstances, up to 700 guests could enjoy the Grand Ballroom at The Gathering Place. 

If you are looking to add on outdoor space, too, you can also add on the beautiful garden for a breath of fresh air. 

The Center Room. The center room of this venue is a spacious hall with plenty of room for all types of table configurations, such as classroom style, theater style, round tables, and U-shape setups. 

The West Room. The west room of The Gathering Space is located right next to the exhilarating garden area. It, too, can accommodate many different design combinations. 

If you are looking for a little more, this space can be used in conjunction with the center room event space. 

The East Room. Yet another spacious hall at this venue offers a roomy area that can hold up to about 80 guests depending on the way you choose to set it up. 

Parties Take a Village – At Gardner Village

At Gardner Village, the party planning begins when you book your space. The deposit will range from $500 to $1,000 and it will secure your use of the facility during your selected date and time. The exact amount of the deposit will depend on the number of guests and the specific day of the week. 

Between party planners, top chefs, and your incredible design ideas, you can feel confident that your party will be one that won’t be forgotten.
