Cranberry and apple risotto
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 1 cup of dried cranberries.
- 3 cups of low-fat milk.
- 1 cinnamon stick.
- Pinch of salt.
- 1/4 cup of butter.
- 1-1/2 cups of Arborio rice.
- 2 medium peeled and chopped apples.
- 1/3 cup of brown sugar.
- 1-1/2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon.
- 1/8 teaspoon of ground nutmeg.

- 2 cups of unsweetened apple juice.
