5 Incredible Things to Do at Disney World
It is helpful to set your sites on several specific things you want to do during your visit. You can then visit other attractions as time permits.
1. Visit Disney World’s New Pandora Land in the Magic Kingdom
Plan to visit Pandora Land at early in the day and try to get a Fast-Pass for the flight of passage. This is the premier ride at the park. Plan to get to the park 30 to 45 minutes before it opens and try to have a Fast Pass for the Na’vi River Journey.
At night, everything in the park glows. It is amazing. Bring along some glow-in-the-dark face paint for added fun and amazing pictures.
2. Go on a Safari at Animal Kingdom
You never know what African animals you will spot at Harambe Wildlife Reserve. Watch for lions, elephants, giraffes, and more.
Take an immersive ride on the Kilimanjaro Safari. You will experience “four months” in the bush country. Your guide will point out elusive wildlife throughout your journey.
3. Ride the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror at Hollywood Studios
Find yourself back in the 1930s at the Hollywood Tower Hotel in Tinseltown. The hotel opened during the Golden Age of movies but was forced to close after a mysterious elevator accident in 1939. The service elevator still works for those brave enough.
Take the elevator straight to the Twilight Zone. Every time you take this ride it’s different. You never know when the next stomach-dropping experience will happen.
4. Ride Soarin’ at Epcot
Have you wanted to take off and fly? This ride will absolutely give you the feeling that you are flying. A 180-degree panorama takes you to places all over the world.
5. Space Mountain in Tomorrowland in the Magic Kingdom
This classic ride remains one of the most popular rides. Zoom around the galaxy. Be ready for the dips and falls into the inky blackness.
Watch for shooting stars and celestial satellites. Soar past orbs of light, comets, and meteors. Oh no, you are getting pulled into a wormhole.
