A bag with various compartments can be worthwhile to help keep dirty gym clothes separately if you aren’t able to get them straight in the wash.

Investing in a decent water bottle can be a serious help as well. Many gym goers prefer getting one with a straw lid, this means it won’t be such a hassle to quickly get a gulp of water, therefore allowing the fluidity of your routine to not be interrupted. You might think fancy water bottles aren’t really your thing. If that’s the case, I recommend you at least get one that is definitely not going to leak on you. Many single-use plastic water bottles that are reused have unreliable seals, and it’s never going to help your routine if all your stuff is soaked before you’ve even begun.
