For awhile, re-organizing the dresser drawers has been on my to-do list. I found this diagram on how to fold the clothes properly. I figured I would give it a try. It seemed easy enough and looked like it would save a lot of space.
So I threw all the clothes on the floor and got to work. I sorted by color, style, etc. I paired the crew necks together, v-necks together and made sure all the socks matched up! I surprisingly only had one mis-matched sock.
After all the clothes were categorized, I started folding with the new technique from the picture. It was very easy and not that time consuming. Once all the clothes were folded, I placed them into the drawers. I took a step back and admired my work. What a difference! Not only were they organized, but the presentation looked so much better. (johnnydelmonicos.com) I also noticed, this is a great way to not have the clothes get wrinkled.
It is easy to keep up with and saves a lot of time when putting away laundry. This is such a great technique to re-organize dresser drawers!
