Caramel corn with out the kernels. This is what these Caramel Corn Puffs taste like. This is a recipe that is being passed around my family and eaten like hot cakes! I had to share this because everyone deserves a chance at experiencing how delicious this snack is. I will warn you though. Prepare to eat the whole batch. It is impossible to eat just one. Your stomach will hurt and when they are all gone, you will be craving more. It is almost sad how easy, cheap and quick these puffs are to make. Only 6 ingredients is all it takes. I promise you, they do not disappoint. They are the sweetest, caramelized, bite sized, snack you could ever ask for. Say goodbye to the popcorn because Caramel Corn Puffs are here to stay!!!
Brown sugar, vanilla extract, o-ke-doke puffs, butter, corn syrup and baking soda are the ingredientsÂ
Start by melting the  butter in a saucepan. Boil for 1 minute and remove from heat. Add the brown sugar, baking soda, vanilla, and corn syrup. Mix well.
Empty the bag of o-ke-doke puffs into a roaster pan and pour butter mixture over the puffs.
Mix thoroughly until puffs are coated. Place pan in oven at 250 for 1 hour, stirring every 10 minutes.
Once done, mix and spread on wax paper to coolÂ
Fell free to start eating! All it takes is that first puff…
