When we are stressed, we eat more, and when we are working we don’t exercise as much. To may keep to a strict diet and gym routine but your body will need more than just that to keep it in tip top condition. Going on holiday will make you move around more when you are walking and swimming, you’ll be more likely to eat fresh food from restaurants and you will also soak up some much needed vitamin D. So next time you feel guilty about going away, remember that it’s for your own health.
- You feel uninspired
When you wake up and do the same thing every day, you will soon become uninspired and you won’t have the energy to try new things. By getting away and visiting somewhere new, you are taking yourself away from the familiar and opening up your mind to new ideas.
