In America alone, 6,000 people die annually after falling from roofs and ladders, do you really want to take the risk of you or your loved one becoming seriously injured or worse for the sake or a cheaper roof repair?
Above and beyond all of the works listed above, if a job requires a permit before it can be carried out, it is usually best to get a professional in if you want to avoid any issues come the time you want to sell your home.
