Whether it’s the buzzing neon Vegas sign, the glamorous girls, or some of the iconic buildings, many games are inspired by the sights and sounds of this city. So it only makes sense to head straight to one of Vegas’ many casinos and experience for real what all of the fuss is about. If you know the kind of games that you like already then head straight for those, if you’re not quite sure then roulette is an iconic Vegas experience and easy to get started with straight away. Simply put your chips on red or black and if you win then you’ll be paid back your initial stake times two.

The Las Vegas Strip is a famous section of the South Las Vegas Boulevard that is home to some of Vegas’ most recognizable landmarks. It’s great to just take a walk through this area of town, keeping your phone at hand in case you want to Google what something is. However, if you’re a bit of an adrenaline seeker then there is an alternative. A zip-wire has been installed in this part of town that allows you to soar over the strip, taking in all of those same famous sights but from the air. If you’re pressed for time then this is a great way to get your bearings in this city and as well as that, an experience that you’ll never forget.

Visit the Venetian

There are very few cities that can claim they’ve got several miniature cities within them, but the Venetian has indeed taken many different aspects of Venice and brought them home to Vegas. It’s joined up with The Palazzo, so this can make a whole day out of visiting these grand pleasure palaces. Taking a gondola ride along the stunning canals at The Venetian resort is an essential part of the tourist in Vegas experience and certainly not to be missed. Once you’re finished take some time to wander through the shops that line the banks of the canal and don’t forget to look up, there is some truly stunning architecture at the Venetian.

Catch The Bellagio Fountains

It wouldn’t be a trip to Vegas without a quick visit to the Bellagio. This stunning resort has been welcoming guests for almost thirty years now and represents the height of luxury. If you can’t afford to stay there but don’t want to miss out on the magic then arrive on the hour at any time of night and watch the light show in the fountains. It’s a magical way to end your vacation.
