The prompt for #OctoberScopers Day 8 is Fall Decor. This topic comes naturally to me as I am all about home decor, especially for the holidays. Each holiday I decorate the house from head to toe and have so much fun! My Fall decor topic covers mainly my Halloween decorations. I have a lot of do-it-yourself projects that I showcase each season. I made my “Candy Corn Wreath” using a styrofoam circle, wrapping yarn around it. I found the bat and cat cardboard cut outs in the dollar section at Michael’s and hot glued them onto the wreath. I hang this is my main entrance and receive so many compliments.Â
I made my “Halloween Chalkboard Pumpkin” using a white craft pumpkin and painted it. I used chalkboard paint and wrote “BOO” with chalk. This is one of my favorite pieces because of how unique it is!Â
