Crafting and do-it-yourself projects are a fond hobby of mine that is close to my heart. I had the privilege of creating two projects from the Spellbinders Celebra’tions Collection designed by Richard Garay. Have you heard of this collection before? All of the stamps are made of photopolymer and feature cling technology. Richard Garay designed the line for his love of paper crafts which include: papers, inks, stamps, dies, and embellishments! I was sent two ‘make and take kit’s’ that included everything I needed without any extra supplies!
I knew right away what I would be crafting these for. My sister’s Birthday is approaching and I knew this would be the perfect accessory to her gifts! She also received a new job, so what better way than to make both projects just for her!
I loved how much fun I had assembling both of these crafts. I was done in no time and my favorite feature was the pre-cut materials. Take a look at how easy, fun, stylish and unique the Spellbinders Celebra’tions Collections are!

My first project was the “Celebrate Party Hat Card.” There were minimal, simple steps that created this adorable and whimsical party hat! The first instruction was to fold the Cool Caribbean Cardsock in half to create the card base.Attach the Whirl White Cardstock to the card base using foam squares that were included.I then attached the Pink Polka Dot piece to the Whirl White Cardstock. To make the party hat, I used two foam squares and folded it in half, and secured it the the pink polka dot piece.I pressed the pink flower pieces on top of each other, and tied a bow using the Linen Thread.I then attached the pink flower bow to the party hat.I secured the “celebrate” banner using a foam square and embellished the card with the provided sequins.
Look at how easy and fun that was! I love how it turned out and cannot wait to give it! My second project was the “Best Day Ever Treat Bag.”Using scissors, I trimmed the green “Happy Day” stamped image and the Pretty Plum colored “Celebration” banner. I attached them to the Odacious Orange tag.Using the foam squares, I then attached the tag to the green Pixie Play textured tag.I then used the thread to wrap around the top of the bag, attaching the tags.I tied a bow and was all done! Simple and fabulous! This is the cutest bag to gift with goodies! In honor of my love for the Spellbinders Celebra’tions Collection, I am hosting a giveaway!
