The snow is finally starting to melt, the sun is setting later, birds are back and I can smell Spring in the air! I am so excited that Spring is on its way, and I want to be prepared for its arrival. By being prepared, I mean having the right wardrobe, and for that I shop at Kohl’s. Kohl’s has always been and still is a favorite store of mine. I can go there for anything and am guaranteed a great price and good quality of items. I went on a shopping spree at Kohl’s to find an outfit for Spring. There were so many selections to choose from, it took me almost three hours to find the perfect outfit. This year, Kohl’s is reeling out a number of Spring trends for your style.
While shopping, I noticed the color pink was all around the store. The mannequins were dressed from head to toe in stylish pink outfits and accessories. This year, pink is the popular color to wear and Kohl’s ‘wink of pink’ display is the ultimate tribute to a timeless and classic color.
I grabbed a handful of pink items and started trying them on. One that caught my eye was a beautiful dress by Lauren Conrad that had an elegant knitted pattern on the back of the dress. I tried it on and instantly fell in love. I knew this was the dress that I wanted. It fit in all the right places, was light, elegant, and the perfect color for Spring.
This dress has a great length, and is so comfortable and light.
My favorite part is the back of the dress that has an intricate knitted pattern.

With my dress picked out, I had to pair it with some cute shoes. A trend this season are laser-cut flat shoes. I found a pair by Sonoma and tried them on. Not only were they cute, but so comfortable! I had to get these. I chose the mint color because I wanted to showcase Spring colors and it also paired perfect with the color of the dress.

I then wanted to finish my ensemble with a piece of jewelry. This season for Spring, statement necklaces are a big trend. I found one by Apt.9 in the color mint green that matched with the flats! I loved how fun, bold, and unique this piece was. Now my outfit was complete. I was so pleased with everything I found and cannot wait to wear my new trendy Spring style outfit this season!

A favorite tip of mine is to focus on one main piece of clothing and use different accessories to wear the look in different ways!
