As you know here at Tasteful Space we like to look at ways that you can improve your life, save some money while doing so and in general just navigate this crazy thing we call life together. To start with gardening is one heck of a workout. You can burn as many calories as you do in the gym by gardening for a few hours, but gardening is way more fun! If you have a stressful day or a hard week at work, studies have shown that getting out in the garden and swinging the rake around, potting some new plants or trying to grow a new kind of fruit is a great way to blow off steam and relieve some of that stress.
