  1. Oats Waffles

Ingredients:

1 and 1/2 cup Oats

Two tsp baking powder

Honey//Fruits/Whipped Cream for topping/Maple Syrup

– Salt

– 3/4th cup milk

– 2 Eggs

– 1 cup melted butter

Procedure:

Give a light roast to oats and grind them to a fine powder. In one bowl mix together all the dry ingredients and another bowl, mix 3/4th cup butter, milk, and eggs and whisk them well. Gradually, flow this mixture into the flour and continue whisking to avoid the lumps. whisk.

After it is ready, let the batter rest for 5-7 minutes. Flap the other side of the waffle iron and use the part that was remaining and grease the iron with butter. Give your batter a final mix and carefully, pour it into the waffle maker. Let it turn deep golden-brown on both sides.

Remove it, garnish and drizzle it with honey/maple syrup or whipped cream and fruits and enjoy eating!

Tip: In case if one does not have a waffle iron, they can make pancakes on your non-stick pan instead of waffles. And, you may add a little buttermilk instead of milk to make your pancakes sour.

1 tbsp oats

1 tbsp butter

2 tbsp cocoa powder

5 tbsp milk

2 tbsp brown sugar

4 slices multigrain bread

Procedure:

In a thick non-stick pan, melt butter in it for the greasing add cocoa powder to it. Keep stirring continuously for 1-2 minute on a medium flame. Gradually add the milk and brown sugar and keep stirring continuously until the sugar melts. For 4 minutes keep the mixture on medium flame. When one feels that the mixture is becoming thick cook it then, keep it alongside to cool.

In the meantime, till they turn crisp keep roasting the oats in a pan. Grind the oats finely and keep aside. Roll the multigrain bread slices uniformly. Spread the mixture over the bread and top with crushed oats.

Roll all the slices one by one and cut it into 3-4 portions depending on the size.

The pinwheels are ready! Serve them chilled or at room temperature.

Tip: Along with oats, one can also add finely chopped almonds, walnuts or pistachios to your pinwheels.

 1 cup milk

1/2 cup oats

1 banana

3 Chikoos (chopped)

Procedure:

 Blend well all the ingredients mentioned above in a blender. Add the chikoos in pieces if you prefer. Blend till its semi-liquid and crushed well then pour and serve.

Tip: For amazing texture add a couple of ice-cubes so that it can be served chilled, once out of the blender. To garnish the same use mixture of coffee powder and chocolate powder.

– 3 cups oats

– Cinnamon powder

– 2 eggs

– 2 cups of butter

– 1 cup brown sugar

– 1 cup white sugar

– One tsp baking soda

– One tsp salt

– 1/2 cup all-purpose baking flour

– 1 cup finely powdered oats

– Vanilla extract

Procedure:

In a bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract together and beat one egg at a time. Then combine both the flour, baking soda, salt slowly and finally add the oats.

Once the mixture is whisked well and ready, place them with the help of a spoon on a baking tray. Retain at least a 2-inch gap between each cookie. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170 degrees C for 8-10 minutes.

Tip: One can also add some nuts of their choice or chocolate chunks to make your cookies tastier. One can also add dried ginger powder for ginger cookies.

Ingredients:

– 1 cup oats

– 1 and a half cups boiling water

– 1 cup brown sugar

– 1 cup white sugar

– 2 eggs

– 1/2 cup butter

– Flavouring of your choice

– One teaspoon baking soda

– 1 cup oats flour

– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Procedure:

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees C. Keep your tray ready by greasing it. Mix the boiling water and oats and let the oats soak up the water in a bowl. Beat the butter, brown sugar, white sugar together till it turns to a creamy texture. Slowly, add eggs to the mixture one at a time.

In another bowl, mix your baking soda, a pinch of salt, flavors, both the flours and mix well. To the butter mixture add half of this mix, followed by the soaked oats and to avoid lumps keep stirring all the time. Add the flour which is remaining, mix well and pour into the baking tray. Let the cake bake for about 30-35 minutes.

Tip: Rather than your usual dry fruits or spiced flavors, try making a vegetable cake with caramelized onions or carrots for the sweet taste.
