Now in its third year, the Kansas City Pickleball Festival is quickly becoming a fall tradition. This fun sport is easy for nearly anyone to pick up, making it a great event for the whole family. This unique game is played with a paddle and plastic ball with holes (similar to a Wiffle Ball). Matches take place on a badminton-sized court using a modified tennis net.

PICKLEBALL FESTIVAL DETAILS

Both expert and novice pickleball players will love all of the events at this popular festival. This year’s event will be on September 20–22, 2019 at the HyVee Arena in Kansas City, Missouri.

In addition to scheduled open time play each day, attendees are invited to attend a daily happy hour, themed dinners, evening entertainment, and more. Player registration fees start at $84.99 for youth and $169.99 for adults. There is also a separate spectator fee option for those people who want to soak up the fun. This year’s event is put on by Dink Pickleball Tournaments and Events and sponsored by Franklin Sports.
