Morning sickness is one of the first signs of pregnancy. 7. Drink More Water Every Day

Health experts advise us to drink at least seven glasses of water every day.  Pregnant mothers and those undergoing chemotherapy should, however, take even more water to help keep a healthy balance of electrolytes. Water is essentially required as the volume of blood increases over time. That said, taking a warm glass of water in the morning is crucial in fighting nausea and morning sickness. You also need to drink plenty of water to replace the fluids you might be losing from the symptoms of morning sickness.
