If you’re a college football fan, you’re certainly aware that the town of Auburn exists. But regardless of if you’re a fan or not, you may not know that the actual town of Auburn, Alabama (not just Auburn University) is the largest city in eastern Alabama.

If you’re about to visit Auburn for a game or perhaps to visit a friend at school, it’s important to know what your food delivery options are. And trust us, you’ll have plenty to choose from in the town of Auburn.  We also just recently discovered this awesome food delivery app called Waitr (https://waitrapp.com/cities/al/auburn/food-delivery) that you might want to check out as well.

Let’s run through what is just an internet order or a phone call away.

  1. Cheeburger Cheeburger

If you have a hankering for a cheeseburger, then you’d be hard-pressed to find a better option in the Auburn area than Cheeburger Cheeburger.

There are tons of unique, heaping burgers to choose from. You could try the Western Bacon Chee, with two beef patties cheddar cheese, bacon, BBQ sauce, and a pair of giant onion rings piled high on a brioche bun. Or try The Island Cheeburger (swiss, pineapple, teriyaki) or the Ring of Fire Cheeburger, which includes Tabasco and Siracha sauce.

There’s plenty of other creative options, including the Pizza Burger or the BLT Sandwich, or you could also simply build your own cheeburger. Sides include onion rings, fries, fried pickles, salads, and more.

  1. Insomnia Steak & Grill

Here’s another versatile restaurant that serves everything from Greek food such as gyros, falafals, and pitas to American cuisine like fried chicken sandwiches, burgers, buffalo wings, chicken tenders, and steaks.

There are tons of sides and desserts to choose from, too, and you can order the kiddos a Kid’s hamburger, chicken tenders, or grilled cheese.

  1. Island Wing Co.

Again, if you’re looking for variety, then Island Wing Co. is a perfect option.

If you’re just hungry for appetizers, this establishment is flush with choices, including chips with cheesy buffalo dip, battered green beans, bacon cheese fries, mini corn dogs, Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Nachos, and more.

  1. Rock N Roll Sushi

Looking for something a little different? While many of the other places on this list have a variety, Rock N Roll Sushi does one thing well, and man, do they do it well.

Appetizers include tuna, beef, shrimp, lobster, and crab options, plus several salads to pick from. Entrees feature plenty of classics and a number of unique dishes, too, such as the Volcano Roll, which is a California roll with crab meat, eel sauce, spicy mayo, and crunchy flakes.

  1. Tacorita

If you’re craving tacos but the person you’re planning to dine with isn’t feeling it, then don’t worry. Despite the name, Tacorita has other options on the menu, too.
