Grilled Corn On The Cob

Tis the season! Grilling time has arrived and it is time to celebrate. There is nothing like summer days, sitting outside and grilling your favorite mouth watering foods.

One of the easiest yet tastiest foods to grill is corn on the cob. I like to peel the husks off and wrap the ears of corn in aluminum foil. Naturally, I have to add heaping slabs of butter for the marinade. Once grilled for about 30 minutes, that first bite is a savoring moment. I love the grill marks and the taste of salt and pepper combined on the corn. There is nothing else like it!

Just another tradition that makes summer one of the best seasons to savor!

Salt, pepper, butter and the ears of corn, husks pulled off.

Soften the butter and lather it all over the corn. Add salt and pepper to taste. I just use my fingers to rub the mixture on.

Wrap the corn tight in aluminum foil and using a fork, poke holes in the corn.

I make about 6 holes total in each ear of corn.

Once grilled for 30 minutes, un-wrap the foil and eat up!
