June 1, 2016 marks #GlobalRunningDay ! I always enjoy my runs but today was extra special being that it was also #CharityMiles 4th Birthday! Are you familiar with Charity Miles? I discovered it a few years back and was hooked. It is a free iPhone/Android App that enables you to earn corporate sponsorships for the charity of your choice by walking, running or biking.
I happily participated and ran 5 miles in honor of today’s festivities! I also treated myself to some cake!
