Bring joy to someone doesn’t need to be an expense for you. Bring joy to someone can be a great thing for both parties. The more altruistic you are, the more likely you are to suffer from illness and sickness.

Living a negative life will, of course, lead to a negative life. Show people that they are valued and that they are cared for will in effect give you just as much of a boost in spirit as it will for the person receiving those emotions.
