Try to feel your chest moving, and your abdomen expanding when you inhale, and then inhale as slowly as you can, while visualizing your belly coming down as you breathe out. 2. Breastfeeding

Not only breastfeeding is necessary and immensely beneficial for your baby, but it is also helpful to you. Breast feeding is nature’s way of helping both the baby and the mother.

Ehen you breastfeed, you are burn calories at the same time. Furthermore, your body releases a hormone called oxytocin, which is in control of uterine contractions. Your arms should be relaxed next to you while you put your knees up toward the ceiling. While you breathe in, contract your glute muscles and raise your belly. While breathing out, put the core back on the floor. This exercise should be repeated five times in a row.
  • Aerobics – simple energetic walk with your baby is a good aerobic exercise for you. You burn the excess fat from your body and help your heart. As time passes by, you can speed up and prolong your walks.

4. Proper food

It isn’t all about the amount of calories you put into your body. The quality of the food you eat is crucial. Fast food and processed food will do you no good when it comes to losing your weight, and of course reducing your belly size. Eating food such as vegetables, fruits and good carbohydrates and wholegrains will definitely help you with the weight. Not only it helps you lose weight, but it is also healthy for your body and makes you feel more energetic and happy.

5. Forbidden drinks

Alcohol and sugary and fizzy drinks prevent you from losing weight, what’s more – they cause more fat to accumulate. Some of them even affect your liver, which blocks building up muscles, which is crucial to losing fat. Don’t believe the drinks that say “zero” or “low sugar”, as they contain artificial sweeteners that are very unhealthy and can cause some other problems in your body or even make you want more sugar. Overall, those drinks have no positive influence on your body whatsoever, so it is better to avoid them as much as you can.
