Funfetti Oreo Fudge

Birthday season is in full swing with my family, which means endless baking! This is a fun time for me because I am able to create new recipes and share them at Birthday parties. This year for my sister’s Birthday, I made Funfetti Oreo Fudge. It is a simple process with minimal ingredients. My favorite feature is that it is a no-bake dessert!

To hurry the hardening process of the fudge, I put the pan in the refrigerator or freezer. I made sure to take out before serving, to soften. The white-chocolate baking chips can be microwaved, or double broiled, depending on preference. Stirring slowly when mixing in the crushed Oreo’s and sprinkles is key to prevent them from melting.

This is the perfect treat to serve at parties, easy to make, and a fun dessert to indulge in!

Ingredients: 2 bags white chocolate chips, 2 tbs. butter, 1 can cream cheese frosting, 2o Oreo cookies, 1/2 cup sprinkles

Heat the white chocolate chips and butter in the microwave, according to package directions, until melted.

Remove the foil lid from the canned frosting and microwave it for 1 minute. Stir and pour over the melted chips. Stir until the mixture is creamy.

Add the cookie chunks and 1/4 cup sprinkles and stir gently. Do not over mix or the sprinkles will start to melt. Stir gently.Add 1/4 cup sprinkles. Pour into a foil lined 8×8 pan. Add the rest of the sprinkles to the top of the fudge.

Let set.
Cut into 36 squares.   Store in a air-tight container.
