For years, I have been wanting to make Peanut Butter Balls. I never had the chance of getting around to make them, until this year. Browsing on Pinterest, I stumbled across a recipe. It looked easy enough, especially for a first timer to try out. I already had all of the ingredients, which makes me love the recipe even more. I prepared myself to be ready to bake in the kitchen for at least a couple hours to make these, but I was happily and surprisingly wrong. The total time took me about an hour and I was done. I love how this is a 100% NO BAKE recipe! When the peanut butter balls were chilled and ready to try, I took a bite and could not believe my taste buds. It tasted divine! The perfect combination of chocolate and peanut butter. They resemble Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and who doesn’t like those? This is a recipe I will use over and over for any occasion. With the one batch I made, (about 52 balls) I was able to make treat bags and bring to the multiple Holiday parties I had. I still had some leftover for myself to binge on. I could not be any more pleased with this recipe and can now say, I know how to make peanut butter balls!

Simple ingredients I already had in the cupboard: Margarine, semi-sweet morsels, peanut butter, powdered sugar and graham crackers

I used a meat mallet and crushed the graham crackers. Mostly my boyfriends doing.

In a bowl, add: Melted margarine, peanut butter, crushed graham crackers and powdered sugar.

Chill in the fridge for at least one hour

Roll into inch size balls. Mine made about 52.

I then used a fork and dipped the balls into the melted chocolate

I set them on parchment paper to chill

After the chocolate has hardened. They peeled right off the parchment paper!

Chocolaty, crunchy, soft, peanut buttery and perfectly delicious

A tray display I had of my treats I made this past season. Enjoy!
